Dr. Nagda named Chief of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery for the Inova Health System

Dr. Sameer Nagda was named as the chief of shoulder and elbow surgery for the entire Inova Health System and the 5 hospitals it maintains. The move comes as part of a system wide plan to implement service-line chiefs within the Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal Department. The goal is to collaborate among the hospitals and ensure the same level of high-quality care is given to every patient in every Inova setting. “We have a lot of talented shoulder surgeons within the system.
